This past weekend my father in law got married. It was glorious. My father in law is well off, and so it was like watching Beyonce & Jay Z getting married. Except, well George & Carol are white. Anyways. moving on.
George & Carol have been together since Jonny & I started dating, and we are excited to welcome her warmly into the Tillery clan. Below are some photos from the day, enjoy!

The ceremony sight was gorgeous. So many lovely flowers. |

A close up of the flowers! Breathtaking. |
We enjoyed gorgeous flowers, lovely music, absolutely delicious food, it was an all around good time for everyone in attendance. Miss Carol (now Mrs. Carol, according to Walker) is solid gold, so we brought out all the stops to celebrate their love.

Walker & Shanney |
Let me just interject in this brief moment and share with you this special moment from Shanney & Walker. It was in the middle of the best man's toast & he was sitting on her lap, playing with the flowers. She was trying to keep him occupied with anything and everything so he would stay quiet throughout the toasts. It had gotten really quiet, a serious moment in the toast, and walker says to shanney at a pretty high volume " I can see your boobies!!"
Insert my laughter & red face.
Moving on.

My personal favorite moment of the night:
This was the minister who officiated the wedding. Notice the red solo cup, tucked in his pocket.
The wedding was every bit beautiful, and George & Carol are currently scuba diving the waters of Belize as I write this. I have no comment about where I would rather be.
Today we celebrated the life of a beloved friend, Kushi Jones. She suffered a heart attach almost two weeks ago now, and went home to be with Jesus the night of the wedding. While I cried,
a lot, that woman was all around fabulous, and I know Heaven is better with her there. She embodied love, grace, mercy & humor. She loved Jesus and traveled the world telling others about her King. I'm sure she is dancing, singing, and laughing with Jesus. Have a blast up there Kushi, see you soon.
